Karcion Liciantus is a celebrity at the prestigious Alena Academy. He wields magic with unprecedented ease and, owing to his noble background, rarely refrains from harming others. To minimize contact with his admirers, Karcion decides to create a private after-school club with one friend he tolerates, but there is a small issue: they need a third member to officially start the club. Enter Rienne, a stunning commoner and transfer student who has already set hearts aflutter around the academy. As the only person who has yet to get on Karcion's bad side, Rienne receives an invitation to join his club. Contrary to Karcion's initial fears, Rienne is indifferent to his looks and power, but something about her nonchalance and flirty remarks completely enamors him.
